A Brownsville Pizza Experience You Have to See to Believe! 🍕 If you’re looking for pizza that makes an entrance, Louie & Eric’s New York Pizzeria in Brownsville delivers BIG — literally! The star of the show for us was their massive 28-inch pizza. Pictures really don’t do this thing justice. When they brought the box out and opened it up, we couldn’t believe how huge it was. But size alone doesn’t make a great pizza — it still has to taste good, and this one absolutely delivered. Great crust, plenty of toppings, and that classic New York-style pizza experience. What makes this local restaurant even more special is the story behind it. Brothers Louie and Eric have been running the shop together since 2012. Eric is deaf, and seeing the two brothers working side-by-side adds something genuinely memorable to the experience. You can tell there’s a lot of pride behind what they’ve built. The restaurant itself also has a fun New York-inspired atmosphere that fits the pizza perfectly. If you’re in Brownsville and want to try something different, bring your family, bring your friends — and bring your appetite! That 28-inch pizza is no joke. 😂🍕 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 out of 5 — Absolutely recomm

It's a slam dunk of an establishment for me. The pizza is some of the best I've ever had. It's thin, the ingredients are fresh and wonderfully distributed. The slices are HUGE. I'm not sure what more you could ask for. The staff is very kind and respectful and I had no problem ordering all despite the hearing disability the cashier and cook have. My only concern is that they may not be open any more, or have changed their hours. They say they open at 12 but I've gone for lunch the last several times and the doors have been locked..disappointing but I hope the hours just changed. This is one hell of an establishment and I'd hate to see them close the doors.

It was our first time and we loved it. The service is great. The food tastes amazing. We'll definitely come back when visiting South Padre again.

We ordered a meat lovers Pizza with extra cheese and it came in exactly as we expected. Also got the barbecued Wings which were also well prepared. We had called in our order which was a little strange, but we found out why because the chef / owner is deaf. It definitely did not impact his pizza making skills which were very good. It was a nice easy Plaza to get into and you just have to look for the big pizza sign pyramid I think this will be our go-to pizza place in Brownsville.
